Do you offer multi-day booking?
Yes, we offer 1-day, multi-day, and multi-week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you receive.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Are rentals available for same day pickup?
Yes, most trailers are ready for pickup within 30 minutes.
Do I need to create an account to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online. All forms are sent via email and SMS, so you can complete everything right from your phone.
Towing & Requirements
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 3/4-ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds, and all of our units fall under that weight. Be sure to factor in the weight of your load in addition to the trailer, and confirm your truck's towing capacity. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. Please confirm coverage with your provider before taking delivery.
Do I need a special license to tow a trailer?
No special licenses are required for personal use.

What are your trailer rental hours?
Pickup is available anytime between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
What do I need to do to pick up the trailer?
We operate a contactless system. All pickup instructions are sent to your phone via text.
